Will your Club be one of the winners of the 2017 Superior Service Awards?

These prestigious awards, recognise outstanding customer service in Clubs NSW and ACT. And 2016 saw an incredibly competitive playing field emerge across the industry. The search is now on to find the new superior service providers for 2017. These awards have become highly recognised and sought after by the Club Industry as they reflect the hard work undertaken by the industry and recognising the high achievers who provide a VIP experience for their guests and members while making a commitment to their team in professional leadership and engaging their frontline teams to provide a VIP experience to every patron who enters their venue.

The OOPS Superior Service Awards have five categories:

  • OOPS Large Club Superior Service Club Award
  • OOPS Medium Club Superior Service Club Award
  • OOPS Small Club Superior Service Club Award
  • OOPS ACT Club Superior Service Club Award
  • OOPS Superior Service Club Staff Award

Clubs are categorised by a number of key contributors to make the awards fair.

Large/Medium and Small Award Criteria:

  • Clubs must have engaged OOPS to undertake Insight Reports over the previous 12 month period.
  • Clubs must be consistently outstanding in their provision of four key aspects that impact on the overall service and patron experience in the three areas of the venue: Foyer, Bar and Gaming (Core Report*)

    • Regulations/compliance
    • Service

*The Core Report is a summary report that pulls together the data from each client’s report that can be benchmarked against their direct Club competitors in the three areas that are evident in every venue; foyer, bar and gaming.

Superior Service Staff Award

Each month the “Mystery Snoops” highlight the service of specific employees who have provided Superior Service either to them directly or to another patron. These employees are awarded a printed certificate.

The Superior Service Staff Award is awarded to a staff member who has consistently been acknowledged by our Snoops over the past year.
